Experts believe that although the rock situation is not critical today, it may be challenging in the near future. However, Iran is one of the countries rich in rock, to the extent that we are among the top ten countries in the world.

According to Iran Stone Exhibition, since housing has long been a boom in the country and most investments have been made in this area, the stone market has been in good shape, but housing has stagnated as housing has stagnated. This has affected the market for the stone industry.

Experts believe that although the rock situation is not critical today, it may be challenging in the near future. While Iran is one of the countries rich in rock, to the extent that we are among the top ten countries in the world. Semet has talked to experts and activists about the impact of the housing downturn on the rock market boom and how to resolve it.

Unplanned factory growth

"I do not believe some believe that the increase in the rate of stone has affected the housing rate," said Ramin Ghorbanzadeh, a stone industry expert. Although the downturn in the housing market has affected the factories, stone or rising stone rates have had no effect on rising housing rates. In fact, the increase in housing rates was due to rising rates of land and other materials, and as a result, the stone was not as effective as this, and its price growth was not as high as that of other materials.

Qorbanzadeh said: "We were faced with a large number of stone producers at a certain point in time, and because of the opportunities that existed in the Iranian market at the time, we saw high growth of stone factories, but then because of the housing market downturn in the country, some Manufacturers were out of competition.

Ghorbanzadeh emphasized: While many believe the rock situation is critical, I don't think so.

The stone industry expert pointed to the economic downturn: "When we get into the economic downturn, some of these factories have problems because of the management problem of financing the plant and the lack of productivity that leads to the closure of production lines and factories, so if Planning and foresight to build a factory on a regular basis we are inevitably faced with the same problem.

"At the same time, we see factories whose production lines are working full-time for the next five months at full capacity, so unlike some I do not believe that the Iranian stone industry is in serious crisis and it is unworthy of us to complain. True, there are problems and crises, but there are activists who continue to work with all the problems their product lines have.

Exit the pit of competition

Responding to a question about how you would evaluate the future of the country's stone industry, he said: "I believe that a significant number of our factories will be out of competition."

Even if there is a boom in the housing sector, it is unlikely that there will be a chance for the stone factories to return to production.

"Of course, there are partners who continue to provide housing projects with long-term checks at low prices," he said.

We are at the beginning of the recession

Hossein Kohestani, managing director of a rock group, said in response to the question of what the rock is like: a steady increase in the volume of liquidity in the country, largely without backing and not relying on production, on the one hand and a high profit margin and secure speculation on the other. Others have seen rising rates in various sectors, including housing, as a result of which the community faces problems.

He added: "When liquidity is high and capital is wandering because of insecurity, speculation is on the rise in various markets." In the process, economic operators face high risks and huge production problems.

Asked what impact the stone industry will have on the housing market, the stone activist said: The housing market is more influential on the stone industry than the stone industry on the housing market, because the role of stone in the finished rate is not bold compared to other consumer items. The area has no negative impact on housing, except that the stone in the building has no significant cost share.

He emphasized that much of this small share is also credited to the stone industry in the long run.

Highlighting that the stone market in Iran is not a serious problem, Mountain said: "Despite all these conditions, home builders are active in the economy. The stone market in the country is acceptable in terms of volume of sales and is not a problem, but it has not had a good year in terms of profitability for various reasons. The conditions in the export of processed stone are also not very favorable.

"So we are in the current situation at the beginning of the recession, unless there is a change and something special happens," he said.

Highlander said in reference to the twenty-five percent tax on mineral exports: "We have made a great effort to gain part of the international market in crude exports, but with non-expert pressures and heavy duty on mineral exports not only in Inside, nothing happens for the growth of the value chain, but many of the mines that are currently operating will go into a coma.
