The executive director of Iran Stone Exhibition, stating that the exhibition will be held in an area of ninety thousand square meters, clarified: 20,000 tons of quarry stone from more than two hundred Iranian mines from eighteen provinces will be offered in this exhibition.
Hallajian said: "One of the most important points in this exhibition is holding the first exhibition to deepen the domestic stone industry with the aim of developing and empowering the domestic stone industry in order to supply and equip the stone processing and quarrying sector, for the first time in the country with It is the twelfth international exhibition of Iranian stone that will be inaugurated with the presence of Minister Samat.
He added: "According to the approach of the Ministry of Silence regarding the support of domestic industries and preventing the outflow of foreign exchange for the import of equipment, supplies and consumables and machinery in this area, the Ministry of Silence has defined a project called deepening domestic production. After the automotive industry and the railway industry, it is the third industry that will be added to this program with the aim of fertility and increasing the capacity of knowledge-based companies and Iranian companies that have the ability to produce equipment, parts and consumables of the country's industry.
He continued: "This year's approach to the exhibition is to empower the stone industry and the self-sufficiency of this industry in the field of machinery, equipment and consumables and increase the presence of Iranian stone in the global market. Therefore, more than one hundred international traders have been invited to attend the exhibition." . Also, the presence of Iranian business advisers in the target countries of the programs is considered and through the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, all chambers of commerce of different countries and business advisers and their ambassadors in Iran are invited to attend this exhibition.
The executive director of Sang Mahallat and Nimour exhibitions pointed out: Holding specialized training courses with the presence of foreign professors to correct processing methods and get acquainted with modern processing methods is one of the special programs of the exhibition. He stated: Last year, the sales of the exhibition were about forty-five billion tomans, which is estimated to be about one hundred billion tomans this year, because foreign traders will come to this exhibition to buy stones.
The executive director of Iran Stone Exhibition added: "This year, we have 25,000 square meters of net exhibition space and the transfer of the exhibition land is underway." In case of full transfer, considering that this complex is the first private exhibition site in the country, investors are encouraged to make the exhibition site 100% operational.
Hallajian continued: "Due to the sanctions situation in the country, the presence of foreign companies has diminished, but this diminution does not hit the exhibition because foreign companies were mainly sellers of equipment and machinery and such things."
