Explaining the role of the Ministry of Industry in relation to the stone sector units, Sarkhini explained: Today, the ministry supports them in setting up stone processing plants in industrial settlements, providing loans and receiving banking facilities like other manufacturing units.

Statistics show that the capacity of construction and decorative stone processing plants is more than one hundred and eighty million square meters, of which ninety to ninety-five million square meters are produced annually for domestic demand and export.

Inadmissibility of Mining Offenses
