Member of Iranian Stone Association: Provision is needed for the development of stone and ornamental exports with the nuclear agreement and should be provided in the light of efficient programs as soon as necessary in the field.

According to Iran's International Stone Exhibition, Behzad Nikfar said on Wednesday at a visit to the International Stone Exhibition Venue: Post-sanctions conditions have brought stability and security back to the stone investment market and need to be expanded with stone processing and Orbital quality will be of the utmost importance for the ornamental stone export site.

He said: "There are no special tariffs and duties for the export of processed stone and crude stone and this advantage has provided the way for export growth of these building materials."

One of the problems of the craftsmen during the sanctions period was the lack of access to international banks and the inability to make money transfers from other countries to Iran, which is also part of the country's export cycle.

Nikfar said: During the boycott of shipping fare, exports in the field of stone exports greatly increased and tripled, making it difficult for export competition.

"Targeting the export of ornamental stone and facade should be defined by neighboring countries' priority, as it has both the advantage of proximity and lower shipping costs and there are safe markets for this export branch in the Gulf and at risk," he said.

Nikfar said that this capacity could be used to grow and develop the stone industry if the relationship between Iran and the region increased.

He described Iran's International Stone Exhibition as the best opportunity for export development.

Nikfar said, by organizing the exhibition, internal and external marketing and communication with other countries' stone traders will greatly influence the development of stone.

The 8th International Exhibition of Ornamental Stone and Minerals and Facades of Iran will be held in the Mahalat city on September 19-22, in an area of fifty-five thousand square meters in eight separate halls. Companies from Russia, China, Italy, Spain, Germany, Turkey and the Gulf countries have announced their readiness to participate in the 8th Iran International Mining and Mining Exhibition. The presence of Russian businessmen and countries in the Caspian Sea at the exhibition has been confirmed. Mahallat city in the south of the central province of Antarctica produces rock formations in the country.
