A member of the Central Provincial Miners' Association: What matters to the craftsman is the stability of decisions that can be made in consultation.

According to Iran Stone Exhibition International, stone industry activist Moslem Agha Bagheri, referring to the industrialization of Mahallat and Nimour, said: One of the issues that industry managers and private sector organizations are involved almost without exception is government, parliament and judicial decisions. In some cases laws and regulations and directives are enacted and enacted without the consent of the stakeholders, causing irreparable damage to the industry.

He added: "If stakeholders and private sector actors are not involved in decision making, the problems will not be analyzed and the solutions adopted will not be applicable." Any law needs to be scrutinized carefully before it can be applied.

He added: "There are many laws in the stone industry that either have to be eliminated or have to be changed and replaced with other laws to create the right business environment."

He has been working in the extraction of trarten and marble for thirty years, he said: "There are various machines for mining licenses, and it takes a relatively long time." We expect the license to be the stamp of operation of all government agencies, and we will have no problem after its issuance.

He pointed out: In the export license issued the amount of stone to be extracted is fully stated and we provide the worker and the apparatus accordingly, but once management changes, new decisions are made and all planning We shatter.

He emphasized the need for increased empathy between the government and the private sector: What matters to the craftsman is the stability of the decisions that can be made in consultation with the platform.

He complained about the government's decision to receive state rights: The government has experts who can also consult with private sector managers to determine the amount of state rights each mine should pay and implement it as a statutory law. . Instant decisions in this area make it difficult for the private sector.

"The emergence of a resilient economy is achieved when everything is at the service of production, and we can make the most and best use of natural resources and the expertise of local experts," said Mr. Bagheri.

He pointed out that the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Imams (as) have given special value to the work and effort and have guided us in this direction, but the existence of some rules of labor has made it here that some craftsmen prefer the production unit. Sell yourself and put your money in the bank.

He described attendance at world and national industry fairs as very necessary for stone activists and said: "The authorities of such fairs should evaluate the competence of those who buy booths." In some cases we find that some exhibitors have no industry backing and participate in exhibitions with a few products from other companies, which undermines the credibility of the exhibition.
