According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Khadadad Gharibpour, head of the Organization for Mines and Minerals Development and Renovation today, signed a bilateral cooperation memorandum with Karaj: We were going to use the power of universities in the structure of companies that need knowledge.
He said that the revitalization of small mines is on the agenda of the Mines Development Organization and said: NGOs and associations are a model of social capital, research is very important in this area and NGOs can facilitate communication with these centers. .
Head of the Organization for the Development and Renovation of Mines and Minerals, emphasizing the need to use the private sector's views in decision making, said: "In that case, the decisions will be stronger and more efficient."
According to him, partnerships with the private sector in the form of organizations have a mutual benefit for the sector and the government.
Gharibpour continued: This year we are considering some outstanding actions, one of which is the exploration of mineral reserves, and in this context, we have applied for the discovery of 300,000 square kilometers, which is being completed and licensed.
He said the mineral processing research center would support the discoveries, saying the center should move toward commercialization.
He also said that we have 4,000 inactive mines in the country at the moment.
"We do not seek to invest ourselves in small mines," said the head of the Mines and Mines Development and Renovation Organization, emphasizing the need for insurance and investment support for small mines.
He said the mineral processing research center could be linked to academic jihad and industry organizations and NGOs, adding: "We intend to boost the tenure sector to provide more support and make the private sector ready to invest in mining activities."

A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed between the mining house and the Mining Processing Research Center with the aim of providing research platforms, implementing projects, facilitating and expanding communications, as well as providing laboratory services to today's mining sector, Fars reports.
The development of bilateral cooperation using the facilities of the Mining Processing Research Center and the development and improvement of training standards in the mining and mining industries are other goals of the signing of this agreement.
