Four billion neighborhood mines help flood victims
Head of Markazi Province Industry, Mine and Trade Organization: Neighborhood mines of over four billion and five hundred million rials contributed to flooding in Khuzestan province.
Mohammad Reza Hajipour, on the sidelines of a meeting with representatives of Arak's production units, said Sunday that many non-cash donations were also collected from mines and industries in the province, which are being sent to Khuzestan this evening, according to Iran's International Stone Exhibition. .
He said: Central province has been introduced as a specific province of Khuzestan for flood relief and the role of industries and mines in the province is effective.
The head of the province's industry, mining and trade organization said: "Necessary negotiations were held with industry and mining managers across the country, and all the activists in the sector were ready to provide assistance, especially cash aid."
Hajipour added: The heads of the provincial industry, mining and trade organization of the central province have the task of working with the governors to collect cash and non-cash donations for their city's industries and mines and send them to the provincial capital as soon as possible.
He added that the necessary coordination with the Arak Railway Directorate has been carried out in time for non-cash donations to Khuzestan province and today the first shipment of non-cash aid to industries and mines of central province will be sent to Khuzestan.
"Twenty-one essential commodities have been identified by the Khuzestan Crisis Management Staff, and the central province is required to provide 10 percent of the items needed for the floods," the head of the Central Province's Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade said.
Hajipour added: Most of the flooded goods, such as disposable dishes, mineral water, beans and canned foods, are produced in the central province, and items not produced in the province must be supplied by the industry to Khuzestan. Send.
He also added that sending technical and engineering teams is also part of the flood relief efforts of Markazi province. Problems have been sent to Khuzestan.
Arak city governor also said: A significant part of the central province's commitment to collecting humanitarian aid and sending it to Khuzestan is the contribution of the city of Arak, in which the role of industries and mines will be more effective than other segments of the population.
Hossein Bakhtiari added: "The problems and challenges of the province's central industry and mining sector, especially Arak, are not covered by anyone, but now that our compatriots in Khuzestan province are in need of more basic facilities, all of this community's concern must be solved."
There are more than 2,800 industrial units and about 400 mines operating in different parts of the central province.
