The Minister of Industry, Mining and Commerce has issued an executive order to governors across the country on a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the ministry and the Ministry of Planning and Production.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, this agreement was signed between the two executive bodies on the subject of production and employment in the field of industry and mining in December this year.
 
Under this memorandum, the completion of semi-finished industrial and mining projects with physical progress of over sixty percent for two thousand sixty-six units and employment forecast for about one hundred and thirty thousand persons as well as the development plan for the existing units (reconstruction and renovation) of two thousand One hundred and sixty-five units and fifty-one thousand job opportunities are planned.
 
It is also envisaged to provide working capital for existing active industrial and mining units and to create employment for eighty-seven thousand four hundred and twenty-nine people. According to the memorandum, the projected subsidies from the internal resources of banks and the National Development Fund resources amount to fifty percent for the completion of semi-complete projects of three thousand eight hundred and four billion rials, reconstruction and renovation of five thousand five hundred and seventy. And seven billion rials and working capital was one thousand four hundred and fifty billion rials.
 
The memorandum also foresees forty two hundred and eighty eighteen billion riyals to complete projects, seventy thousand four hundred and sixty five billion riyals for reconstruction and renovation and ninety six hundred and forty six billion riyals to finance working capital. Industry. National Bank, Nation, Commerce, Industry and Mine, Mine, Export, Bank Post, Worker Welfare, Agriculture, Cooperative Development and Futures are involved in this project.
