Great wealth creators become role models
The secretary of the Iranian Entrepreneurs Association said: The by-laws of support and ranking of major entrepreneurs in the country were designed to model this wealth of entrepreneurs.
Hamid Reza Ghaznavi, commemorating the National Day of Entrepreneurship and Resistance Economics, said: "We need more culture in entrepreneurship in the country because young people do not know enough entrepreneurs.
He said: We have entrepreneurs in the country who have invested all their money and capital in the production path and have tens of thousands of staff.
Ghaznavi, for example, mentions one of the country's leading dairy entrepreneurs with 17,000 staff and with an average of four households in the country, it can say that it covers some sixty-eight thousand people.
"If only we had educated, guided and supported just one thousand entrepreneurs like this one, we could have a population of about sixty-eight million and the problems of millions would be reduced," says the trade union. it's too important.
He noted: Entrepreneurial discourse has just begun in the country, but we lack the expertise in the field of big entrepreneurs as is common in the world, and we are seeing more and more small and medium-sized industries.
In countries such as Japan, Germany, Turkey and South Korea, their main investment was in large private entrepreneurs and provided the country's economy, so these people also set up large companies, The family has taken action and today some of them have about 500,000 staff.
"Unfortunately, myths and economic proponents have not been addressed in the country so far," he said. "This requires special attention from officials, people and entrepreneurs, because big entrepreneurs are the locomotive of the community's economy."
Ghaznawi noted: In recent times and even in the current period, sanctions have been and are being witnessed by economic proponents who have been able to bring foreign currency into the country, something that could not come from small and medium-sized industries and businesses.
He emphasized: "There are weaknesses in the field of government implementation and in the field of laws and regulations in the parliament and the necessary culture-building should be done." The union announced the drafting of a by-law for the support and ranking of the country's top entrepreneurs in the forum to identify and honor national entrepreneurs, which will be announced soon.
He noted that the Research and Research Section of the Iranian Entrepreneurship Forum has been working on this code for about two years and has sent it to the Ministries of Industry and Cooperatives several times for further comments.
Ghaznawi recalled: meeting with the country's top executive, preparing political passports, and greening all the lights to expand the activity of major entrepreneurs are among the things planned for this category of business in the world.
He said the purpose of the code is to model wealth creation by emphasizing the role of entrepreneurs, helping them grow and excel in developing entrepreneurial culture, striving to strengthen their social responsibilities and providing incentives to expand their activities.
In this link, incentives such as meeting the President, the Ministers and the Chairman of the Central Bank, allocating special credit line banking, receiving foreign exchange reserve facilities, using the Green Line of Customs, and so on for large entrepreneurs, continued the trade union. This regulation is foreseen.
He also corresponded with the Islamic Councils of Cities to assist in the cultivation of business and entrepreneurship and said: These councils can be strengthened by building symbols and statues of entrepreneurs, inserting their names in squares, boulevards, main roads and highways and so on. This culture.
Ghaznavi noted: So far, about a hundred major entrepreneurs have been identified by the forum and the Entrepreneurs' Association intends to play a role in the relevant laws and regulations.
