Criticism of State Mining Law Enforcement
Under the law, all government-funded mines have to be deposited with the Treasury of the entire country, and then the government and the ministry to deposit the above percentages from the center into the relevant institutions. Unfortunately, this cash flow in some cases is not done properly.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, according to the state law on mining rights, the following will be charged: sixty-five percent to the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce for optimal performance of the country's mining and mineral development tasks and missions; Provincial appropriations to build infrastructure and prosperity of the city by prioritizing the area where the mine is located; twelve percent to the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, as appropriate and during mining operations to revitalize and rebuild the site; Mining Insurance Fund to Protect Explorers and Explorers Three percent of Mine Engineering Organization as helping to achieve the goals set forth in the applicable law.
If this law is written and enforced and all the percentages are paid to the relevant institutions, it will be fine and not very good, but the problem starts when some of the percentages in this law are in some The cases are not paid to the relevant institutions and cause many problems for the miners, development projects and green spaces of the mining towns.
Under the law, all government-funded mines must be deposited with the Treasury of the entire country, and then the government and the ministry must be deposited into the accounts of the relevant institutions. Unfortunately, this cash flow in some cases is not done properly.
It is better to have a portion of the state mines rights received by the Mining Industry Industry, Mining and Commerce Bureau or the Mining Provincial Industry, Mining and Trade Organization at the same time and be directly accounted for and monitored by Mining Municipalities so that the agency can take the necessary action. Conduct mining operations to develop green space, build infrastructure, prosperity, and rebuild.
