In the city's master plan, neighborhoods are envisioned to allocate green spaces and parks to Sharafabad hills and some gardens.
"As far as we can provide the platforms for growth and development and entrepreneurship and remove the problems in front of investors," he said, referring to one investor's decision to turn the hills of light into villas. Some of our laws need to be revised, which should be amended in consultation with industry owners.
Referring to the problems of the people in discussing homeownership and explaining the causes of the downturn in the stone and building market, he continued: "Increasing construction is causing many jobs to flourish." The government's emphasis is on worn-out tissue restoration, but many of our worn-out areas are located in narrow, narrow alleys that cannot be built. The scarcity of residential land has made land prices soaring and difficult for many families to afford. The city's ten-year Comprehensive Plan is now underway, and respected city council members can pursue the creation of new areas in the city, along with the restoration of worn-out tissue.
He noted the location of the Qomrud River between Nimar City and Mahallat city as divine blessings and emphasized the necessity to increase the efficiency of the water in the river. The existence of a river in the city has tremendous advantages. Careful expert work and serious enforcement measures are required.
