Member of the Parliamentary Committee on Industries and Mines: The high rate of bank profits up to 24% has become a major obstacle to the country's production.

Mohammad Reza Mansouri said Wednesday at the closing ceremony of the Industrial and Investment Capacity Exhibition in Zarandieh City, Iran: The booming industry and production depend on balancing bank profits because the current trend is indebted. There have been many craftsmen.

"Twenty-four percent of bank profits cannot be successful in industry," he said, "because the craftsmen have to use bank loans because of insufficient income. This has led to disproportionate profits and industry losses."

He also cited the existence of a dynamic education system that fosters specialist and entrepreneurial power for the country in today's industry and production needs. "Saveh and Zarandieh can attract many investors because of advantages such as proximity to Tehran, links with Imam Khomeini International Airport and infrastructure available for investment," said a representative of the people of Saveh and Zarandieh in the House of Nations.

Mansouri said: To become more dynamic the industry needs to be equipped with new and modern technologies because one of the main reasons for the country's non-competitiveness is the reliance on old technologies.

The governor of Zarandiyeh also said that the city is one of the central areas of the province in the industry and agriculture and has a lot of tourism.

Hadi Fada'i said the Kharqan sector could become the centerpiece of tourism in the central province to generate steady income and employment.

He added that appropriate infrastructure for development should be provided in Zarandieh city as this is one of the components of attracting investment.

The governor of Zarandiyeh said that artisans and producers are the best supporters of the community and their presence in different sectors of production can have an impact on the economic dynamics and development of the city.

The director of the Iranian Land Complex also said: "The complex, with its mission, strives to create sustainable employment and income generation."

Sayed Ahmad Mousavi said: "Twenty-four types of land use, such as sports, recreation and tourism infrastructure, are underway in Iran."

He added: One thousand three hundred people are working in the Iranian land and six thousand five hundred villas will be built for tourists, craftsmen and businessmen.

At the end, the organizers of the exhibition were honored with a plaque and a statue. Zarandieh, with more than 60,000 inhabitants, is one of the poles of industry and agriculture in the central province.
