Iran Stone Secretary: In these circumstances, new solutions must be found to circumvent the existing sanctions. We should not stop export activities. One solution is to ship our stones to Oman Free Port, and from there to other countries, at a lower cost than shipping.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, the meeting of the Iranian Stone Association was held in the meeting room of the Iranian International Stone Exhibition. The meeting discussed issues such as export problems, a shortage of containers for stone exports, a severe shortage of spare parts and consumables for mining machinery and stone mills, value added tax and cheap ways to complete the processing of stone.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the lack of containers for export. Members of the meeting argued that while there are many international customers for the Iranian stone industry, we are faced with a shortage of containers for export. They said the cost of shipping by shipping was too high and the cost was not affordable at all.

In this regard, Ahmad Sharifi, secretary of the Iranian Stone Association, said: "Under these circumstances, new solutions must be found in order to circumvent the existing sanctions. We should not stop export activities. One solution is to ship our stones to Oman Free Port, and from there to other countries, at a lower cost than shipping. Exports should not be stopped under any circumstances because our only scientific and logical solution is to get the stone industry out of recession.
