Head of Iran Mining House: Hepco Company has been able to supply 30% of the country's ornamental stone production machinery.
Mohammad Reza Bahraman said at the inaugural ceremony of the 11th Iranian Stone Exhibition in the neighborhoods: "Economic activities should be based on environmental issues and clean activity, because today's society needs clean and air-free activity, In any economic move, environmental issues need to be considered and cleaned.
The head of the Iranian Mining House stated that attention to the export of mineral products is very important, despite the very high potential in different fields, Iran's share in exporting to world markets is very low and the investment in the market has not been done properly because in the past it was believed. It was not, and despite oil revenues, there was no need to operate in other sectors.
"Iran is a young country for investment and there is a very favorable environment for investing in it, so the private sector has to do the necessary standardization," said Bahraman.
He continued: Investing in the mining sector, given the current conditions, has an effective role in improving the business environment and manufacturing sector.
The head of the Iranian Mine House said: Mining laws should be given special attention, the mining sector has a law and we are subject to it and if there is no transparency rules, investment in this sector will face challenges and problems. The head of the Iranian Mines House said: God has given Iran valuable wealth in the form of stone mines, which we must invest in the country by processing the stone and exporting it.
He pointed out that some of the booths in the exhibition are empty: Due to traffic and transportation problems, freight cars are having problems in traffic and all booths will be completed tomorrow morning.
He said: Today mineral tourism is an issue in our country and localities in this regard with appropriate capacities can play an effective role in this regard.
The head of Iran Mining House said: Mahallat city has good capacity in decorative stones and travertine and measures should be taken so that this city can have a good share in investment and export. Let's prepare it out, and this space requires that the strategy and program of the public and private sector be identified.
He added that Turkey has been active in the field of building stone since the year of 1366, while having less capacity than us, in order to create the economy we want to lead and favorable for society.
Speaking about Hepco's presence in the exhibition, Bahramman said, "Hepco needs public and private sector support and we must pursue such support so that it can increase its production to such an extent that it will be a major booth next year. Eleventh, and it is hoped that the new management will achieve its goal of producing in the country in the new year.
