Strengthen export-oriented strategies in the stone industry
Provincial Governor: The province has significant advantages in terms of mineral zoos, especially ornamental stone, and it seeks to increase its share of the economy in revenue and income by strengthening export-oriented strategies.
According to Iran's International Stone Exhibition, Ali Aghazadeh said on Tuesday at the opening ceremony of the 11th International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Iran is among the world's top ten mining countries and the central province is rich in rock and mining and has good capacities. It has to be used properly.
He said: Proper use of the mines' rich capacities will reduce the dependence on oil and other underground resources in the economy, and with the management of this major economic activity can replace the $ 30 billion sale of oil.
In some cases, the investor has had difficulties managing the resources after receiving the facilities, which require strengthening the steering chain in investing and advancing employee affairs, the governor said.
Aghazadeh said: Strengthening the dialogue between the government and the private sector in the field of mining eliminates the problems and should be addressed at the specialized tables and the government is very careful and hopeful about this.
The governor pointed out: "The government has taken precautionary measures to address the problems of investors in the stone industry, but there are some complex and parallel laws that need to be reformed as soon as possible."
He added: "Financial problems cannot be solved but industries can be supported and in the field of mines and stones there has to be bilateral management between the private sector and the government, and countries that have succeeded in this area have put such standards at their forefront."
He said the central province does not hesitate to support mining activities, but there are restrictions on some workshops on financial matters.
The provincial governor is expected to provide the necessary support by purchasing machinery for the company, pointing out that production of mining machinery will start at Hepco this year.
The head of the Central Province's Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce said: "This is the only province that has used a 10 percent discount on mineral studies."
Mohammad Reza Hajipour added: "Paying cheap facilities is on the agenda and all mines can take advantage of this opportunity and low-interest facilities."
He emphasized the problems in the field of stone. He added that the special stone table will be held on October 19th at Mahalat International Stone Exhibition and it is hoped that the problems of production and export of the country stone will be solved and the position of stone in export will be improved.
The provincial head of industry, mining and commerce said the establishment of this table in the city is a perfect opportunity for producers and exporters to take advantage of the space created to solve manufacturing and export problems.
The local governor of Mahalat also said in the ceremony that the finished product price is high in the stone industry and the manufactured products cannot compete in the global markets.
"Despite the country's twenty-year policies, the supreme leadership's emphasis on non-oil exports and increased exports of mineral products in this area is still not expected," Hassan Ghammari said.
He mentioned the capabilities of neighborhoods in the stone basin, adding: Mahalat city is one of the unique cities with special features such as in the area of stone, minerals, ornamental fish and tourism which have an important role in the development of city and province.
Pointing out that more than two and a half percent of the world's stone reserves are in Mahallat city, he said: More than thirteen percent of the country's ornamental stone reserves exist in Mahallat and Mahallat cities.
"These properties have created a good opportunity to invest in the city, with seventy active mines and two hundred and fifty ore processing units in the city," he said.
The governor of the neighborhood said: One million two hundred thousand dollars of rock was exported from the city last year and the city has the capacity to export more.
Lunar, the city's most pressing problem in the stone industry, said the equipment burnout, adding that machinery and equipment for mines and processing units do not have good technology, which would require low-cost facilities and serious government support.
The International Stone Exhibition of Iran is set up in an area of ninety thousand square meters, including twenty thousand square meters of indoor space and seventy thousand square meters of outdoor space. Manufactured stone processing machinery, stone mines, mining machinery, quarrying equipment, mining and specialized machinery and other related industries are on display.
