"What is produced in Benin goes into the Fifteen Member States as one of the union's products without customs problems, and these countries have formed a large market," Akibo continued.
"The presence of businessmen and investors in the ornamental stone and flower field of Benin paves the way for these countries to enter the market," he said.
The governor of the neighborhood said during the visit: "The city has a variety of economic and tourism potentials and is one of its potential mines for stone, flower and plant and ornamental fish."
Hassan Qamari pointed out: Thirty percent of the people in Mahallat are engaged in the ornamental flower industry and the technical knowledge of flower production in Mahallat is high.
Referring to other abilities of Mahallat city, he said: Sixty percent of high quality travertine stone and 12 percent of the world's need for this product are produced in Mahallat city.

The governor of the neighborhood said there are about three hundred stone processing plants in the neighborhood of the city and if added jointly, the stone can be produced and exported with the latest technology and with the appropriate technology.
He said the city's stone exports are cut and crude exported without proper subsidies and the expansion of bilateral relations and joint ventures can complement the processing chain, profit and value added.
