Central Provincial Mining and Trade Organization Chief: One of the most important issues being pursued by the Ministry of Mining and Trade is identifying and removing waste, in addition to enacting laws that will support the comprehensive growth and development of production. So that we can see the prosperity of various businesses, especially in the field of mining.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, the 9th meeting of the Central Province Stone Industry Policy Council on Thursday attended by Mohammad Reza Hajipour, Mohsen Besarde, Aziz Mirzaeian, Hossein Pourhassani, Behnam Nikfar, Abbas Ghanbari, Abbas Arab, Mohsen Mirzaei and Hossein Soroush Meetings were held in the Yoga Stone Exhibition Hall.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mohammad Reza Hajipour, head of the Central Province Mining and Trade Organization, said: "The issue of mining and quarrying in the central province needs to be taken seriously and will be resolved in the next few months." As soon as possible, sign the necessary contracts and execute the project so that we can see it completed within the next few months.

He said about receiving the state rights of years 2 and 3: According to previous approvals of the Central Province Stone Industry Policy Council and the favorable promise of the Honorable Minister of Mining and Commerce and the Resistance Economics Staff of the province, this issue was approved by the Mines and Trade Organization. Markazi province to follow up.

Remove VAT from the mining sector

Hajipour said about eliminating the value added tax of mines: One of the most important issues being pursued by the Ministry of Mining and Trade is the identification and elimination of waste laws, in addition, laws need to be adopted to promote the growth and development of all. Production side-by-side helps us to see the prosperity of various businesses, especially in the mining sector.

He added: VAT Law is a pilot law that is currently examining and removing its disadvantages and we are all trying to remove VAT from the mining sector. This issue is currently being drafted and must be approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

Designing a new app for buying and selling stone

Mohammad Reza Hajipour, head of the Central Province's Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, said: "There is a need for a detailed research project on how to bring second-class mines back into production to develop sound and scientific solutions. Let's get to the field. This will be a priority for the Central Provincial Organization of Mines, Trade and Commerce to address the problem of such mines once and for all.

"The use of science and research and research and technology in the field of industry and mining is very helpful," he said. We are currently working on an Industrial Intelligence Project, which is the first of its kind in Canada and the United States, and we intend to launch this project in Iran.

"We are currently designing an app that can be used to" sell both processed and processed stone, "he said. Using this app will shorten the brokers' hands and lower the final price of the stone. We've done this with Tafresh University and Dr. Fayyaz, and God willing, it will come soon.

Hajipour added: Value added tax should be levied on the end consumer, in developed countries this tax is levied on the end consumer, but in Iran unfortunately this law still has some drawbacks that must be remedied. The incorrect application of this law in some cases and the deficiencies therein have caused the price of some commodities to rise significantly.

Mining water supply is one of the biggest problems

Behnam Nikfar, Managing Director of Iran International Stone Exhibition, said: "One of our most important concerns in the field of water supply is mining. In the mine and for the extraction of rock, the amount of water consumed is very high and this water is often supplied by rivers. However, some rivers have become dehydrated and can no longer supply the water required for the mines.

He said: The supply of water for the mines is done by tanker. To do this, trucks are constantly on the move, and it is obvious that this successive commute is associated with fuel and energy consumption and dramatically increases mine costs.

He stressed: "There is a need to think substantially about this. Now they either allow the mines to drill wells or the water reaches the mines by piping. If that were the case, we would face very serious crises in the coming years.

It is the duty of the government to provide mining infrastructure

Mohammad Reza Hajipour, following the speeches of Behnam Nikfar, said: One of the most important tasks of the government is to provide infrastructure for various businesses and mines. It is the duty of the government to provide businesses with water, electricity and gas, and the law is responsible for this. A detailed assessment of the state of the province's mining infrastructure needs to be carried out to determine which sectors are lacking and in which infrastructure, and to address these shortcomings quickly.

"We ask all the stakeholders to tell us all about their problems at such meetings," he said. Any problems with industry and business should be addressed.

Some executives harass entrepreneurs

Further, Mohsen Mirzaei, a member of the board of directors of the International Stone Exhibition of Iran and a member of the board of directors of the Iranian Stone Association, said: "There are some laws that are really annoying in the field of business, and there are some laws that are very good and transcendent. They want to run in the city, have some taste buds and still disrupt the business.

"We need to properly justify and eliminate the disturbing laws of some government executives in the city so that they do not impose their taste in law and enforcement," he said. Some city executives do not cooperate with production units at all.

He noted: Some executives start harassing them as soon as they find out that we have a quarry or mine and unfortunately they are justified and proud of their argument that the miners and the factory owners are rich. Who hurt a rich man.

He continued: The view that miners and factory owners have become capitalist and annoying them is common among some city managers and that basic measures need to be taken in this regard.

"As long as there is a view among some executives, we cannot succeed in developing entrepreneurship," he said. It has to be cultured in this case or these laws and abuses can be eliminated by new laws.

Report any manager inactivity

Mohammad Reza Hajipour, head of the Central Provincial Organization of Mines and Commerce, Mohsen Mirzaei, said: "You are miners and factory workers at the forefront of the growth and development of labor and entrepreneurship in the region, and your demands should be taken seriously in all areas." You also have a duty to make all your demands clear throughout the sessions. These problems need to be addressed to create sensitivity and to investigate and address the problems.

He emphasized: If a manager violates, be sure to let us know, even the slightest violation and brief us, if you do not notice these problems will remain and will not be resolved. We must solve the economic problems of this country by entrepreneurship. He said: "I would like to give an example in expressing the problems and the result; we have problems in the transportation of the central province because the transportation in the central province is expensive everywhere; Mobilized to solve this problem.

Taxation is one of the most important problems for miners

Abbas Arab, a member of the board of directors of the International Stone Exhibition of Iran said: According to the directives submitted by the government, tax penalties and delays in production units should be pardoned, but when we go to the tax office, they do not affect the order and insist To follow the same procedure as before.

He added: "It seems that this issue needs serious and serious follow-up because the tax office tends to do the same thing before." In some cases, we don't even know what's going on here; for example, the governor and other senior officials give explicit orders, but in the city these orders are not enforced.

Stone factories have trouble supplying raw stone

Hossein Soroush, president of the Mahal and Nimvar Stoneworkers Association, said: More than eighty percent of the stone needed in the Mahalat area is supplied by mines in the area and almost all of the existing stone plants in the area provide their own raw material. Have trouble.

He added: "The price of the stone crop is high, part of it is due to the government and the costs the government imposes on the miner, and partly to the miner. The high crop price has also made the stone processing price very high and this has made us very weak in export.

He added: "The government salaries and tolls from the miners are such that the miner is forced to go only for good stone extraction; this has led to a large amount of waste production in the mines."

"We need this raw material to spin our factory wheels, but unfortunately the price of the stone crop in the neighborhoods is not constant and we are experiencing price increases every day, which is an important part of this price increase due to the brokers in this area," he said.

Soroush said: Many of the price increases made by dealers are unreasonable and a fixed price should be set for the stone crop, at which price both the profit and the profit of the company will be seen.

The amount of waste is very high in old rock

Hajipour, following the speeches of Hussein Soroush, said: "There has been a lot of investment in the creation of stone mills in the past years, and now the number of factories has reached such a level that the mines are unable to supply the raw material they need." In the last few years we have been tasked with creating a new stone for you as a trade union so that you can comment on it so that there is no surplus.

He added: "The issue of supplying raw materials for rocks is a problem that needs to be addressed and specific measures taken." This needs to be investigated so that we can come up with a sound and basic solution.

He noted: Much of the problem that arises is with the processing plants themselves. Many processing plants are outdated and the amount of stone they consume is twice as high as standard and standard stone. For example, in an old stone mill they take eight meters of stone per hectare. In a modern mill they take fifteen meters of stone each ton, obviously the amount of stone used by the old mill is higher.
