The sixth meeting of the Central Stone Industry Policy Council, attended by Mohsen Besarde, Hossein Soroush, Abbas Arab, Mohammad Hossein Jalalvandi, Mostafa Amra, Mohsen Mirzaei, Mohammad Hussein Heidari, Behnam Nikfar, Aziz Mirzaeian, Mohammad Halajian Ghanbari, Hossein Pourhassani, Abolfazl Esmaili and Ms. Najafizadeh were held in the meeting room of the Central Province Mining and Trade Organization.
The need for serious attention to research and research in the stone industry
At the beginning of the meeting, Mohsen Besarde, deputy head of the Mines and Minerals Department of the Central Province Mining and Trade Organization, who headed the meeting, said: It can be the basis for many other positive activities, relying on these figures can make very precise and deliberate decisions in the field of stone industry and greatly reduce the error rate of decisions.
He added: "Care must be taken to ensure that the mines and factories are surveyed with sufficient care, and a very important point in the debate is that the costs of this should be managed efficiently and avoid costs." He said: The law stipulates that ten percent of the state's mining rights can be spent on research and mining activities. It needs to be followed up carefully and finally achieved. One of our most pressing problems in the industry is the scarce presence of science and academia, which should increase that presence as much as possible, fortunately the law has allowed us to and we can use this capacity.
He said: "For the ten percent of state-owned mining rights in research, these research projects need to be approved in the Samat system, two supervisors are defined to oversee the process of research and work." I hope that this research will be taken up by the miners and the people of science and science and that this work will be carried out more rapidly in the central province.
The necessity of exporting stone crop and solving money exchange problems
Mohsen Mirzaei, a member of the board of directors of the Iranian Stone Exhibition and a member of the board of directors of the Iranian Association of Stone, said: I believe that the export of stone crop should be done and its prohibition will cause irreparable damage to the Iranian stone industry. Almost all countries that own the stone industry are active in the export of stone, and in addition to processed stone, they also export copper. Copper stone exports can also provide the platforms needed to export processed stone.
Another issue that should be seriously considered by the authorities is the issue of money exchange between Iran and other countries, he said. Exports are now a matter of serious concern to the government and officials, but follow-up is needed, but we will have virtually no export until we can easily make money transfers. It is our expectation that the banking system of the country will pursue the issues and problems that exist in this regard with greater diligence and effort to achieve the desired result.
Complication is enough to solve problems
Hossein Soroush, president of the Mahal Stone Association, said: "We have been researching the stone industry and its problems for about fifteen years now. A lot of work has been done in this area and its files are available.
"At this point in time, we need to solve problems more than we need troubleshooting, troubleshooting many times, and we all know what the problems are in the stone industry, these problems need to be resolved and the authorities seriously," he said. More into this category and solve problems.
He pointed out: Mahallah County Stone Association is composed of many manufacturers of this industry and naturally this association should not agree to stone export but we have come to the conclusion that stone export is in favor of country stone industry and it should be done. And we have repeatedly commented.
"We also believe in the census debate that if this is done by the private sector and with the support of the government, it will do much better, we at the local stone-throwing community are ready to do that and counting at the local stone-throwing factories," he said. And do the suburbs with expert forces.
We need bank guarantees to import your car
Hossein Pourhassani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iran International Stone Exhibition, stated: One of the most important problems of the mining industry is the creation of huge waste of rock during extraction, to solve these problems and to reach the point where we can minimize the percentage of stone waste in the mine. To achieve our level we must use the latest technology.
"In this regard, we at the Miners' Association of Markazi province have come to the conclusion that we need to use a mining facility to extract the ore from the mine," he said. To do this, extensive research has been done to determine which machine and product company can help us in this regard and which company product is better quality.
He said: "The results of the research showed that at present, the best caravans in the world are manufactured by Fantini Italy and other caravans do not have the required quality. To get the necessary cultures in this case and other mines to get used to this machine, you must first enter some of the Havage machines and work in the mines. Obviously, other mines will start using it when they see it.
"We have spoken with the fancy company officials to give us these devices for five years, but to do so we need a bank to provide the company with the necessary guarantees," he said. We expect government officials to provide the platform needed to create this guarantee so that we can obtain these devices for five years from Fontaine Corporation.
He stated: Our decision in the Miners' Association of Markazi province is to buy and import fifteen hawaii machines in the first phase, considering the high price of these machines, it is necessary to discuss the need for government assistance in issuing bank guarantees. Happen.
Export of stone to Iraq and Serbia
Following the meeting, Naira Sadat Najafizadeh, head of the Markazi Province Manufacturers and Exporters Union, said: "There has been a lot of work and research on exporting products made in Markazi province so far. In this research we have come to the conclusion that we should prioritize the target countries, by prioritizing the target countries we can achieve better results.
One of our most important exporting countries is Iraq, he continued. In Iraq, there are the necessary platforms for exporting many Iranian products, and given that it is border-crossing with Iran, we can discuss the export with greater confidence.
He said: "We are currently negotiating with one of the most reputable Iraqi companies in order to export through this company the products of the central province and especially the stone to this country." The company operates extensively in the Iraqi, Oman and Syrian markets and issues valid guarantees for all business transactions it performs.
"The company is also ready to invest in the stone industry and can do some projects in the form of joint ventures," he said. To grow and expand our relationship with the company, it is necessary for a delegation from the central province to travel to Iraq, and a delegation from the company to the central province to get acquainted with the capabilities of the central province. Certainly the expansion of these relationships can play an important role in the export of stone and other products.
He also said that a memorandum of understanding has also been signed with Serbia, which allows us to export many of the province's products. Serbia wants Iran's stone, but stone industry activists need to make more contact with these friends.
He added: One of the most important problems of export-oriented friends is the return of money that God, both Serbia and Iraq, and the companies we have been negotiating with, give credible guarantees and return the money. Guarantee.
