Artworks must be in A4 size.
Cartoonists are required to submit a large photo of their face in the size of 800 * 600.
Planning to select the best works of art by people is done in a way that can be voted on only once per computer system.
The popular vote will be counted on the last day of September.
Each cartoonist can submit one or more works.
The first to third rounds of the first cultural competition of photography, calligraphy, cartoons and short stories with the theme of stone are not eligible for the second round.
Cartoon works along with calligraphy, photography and storytelling will be on view and judged by the Iranian Stone News Agency.
Among the cartoon, calligraphy, storytelling and photography pieces published in the Iran Stone News Agency competition will be given five prizes, most of them "Likes".
