The need to attract foreign investment in the central province
Central Governor: In order to grow and expand the industry in Central Province, we are attracting new investment in this area and we are working to provide more foreign investment platform.
According to Iran's International Stone Exhibition, Mahmoud Zamani Qomi on Wednesday evening at the official opening ceremony of the 9th International Iranian Stone Exhibition held in Nimar Mahal said: New investment in the industry was one of the ways to expand the industry. Central Province is on the agenda.
He added that the construction of a 1,000 MW Saveh power plant with the participation of the Belgian company, the development of the Zarandieh power plant, the construction of the country's first blood plasma refinery with the participation of the Korean company and the Silica Melting Furnace in Delijan are among the foreign investments.
The provincial governor said: The central province produces sixteen million liters of gasoline consumed in the country and the presence of mother industries in the province shows its effective role in the national economy.
Zamani Qomi added: Between 2006 and 2013, five hundred manufacturing units in the central province were seriously damaged and thirty-four billion riyals of capital in the province went out of production.
He emphasized: In the eleventh government, protection of active production units and revitalization of inactive units is on the agenda and in this respect in central province this is important.
