The CEO of Markazi Industrial Estates Company emphasized the value added and economic growth resulting from stone processing.
According to Iran's International Stone Exhibition, Mustafa Amareh, CEO of Markazi Industrial Estates Company, is on the eve of the inauguration of the 9th Mahallat Stone Industry Exhibition at a conference attended by Glijani, head of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, Ismaili, head of the country's engineering system, Shafiei. Stone and Sharifi, the secretary of the National Stone Association, Sajjadi, the governor of neighborhoods and other provincial officials, are holding talks, emphasizing the need for stone processing.
He emphasized that there is little value added in the stone processing sector in Iran because of the lack of production lines and the lack of attention to modern technology.
Amrea pointed out that in addition to the development of industry and mineral capacities, the processing sector should be given special attention. Developed countries have gained high added value in this sector through their attention to stone processing and their economic development has emerged. We must also look at world-class technology and the processing industry to increase the value added and revenue of the country.
He said that Industrial Estates Company as a supporter of small and medium-sized industries by forming regional technology market and paying attention to the capability of provincial and academic industry can be effective in localizing and updating technology for industries and value added due to processing. He added: "We need to gain our share of global markets and enter global markets by forming export consortia."
The director of industrial estates company of Markazi province emphasized: "Of course, stone processing units alone cannot enter the global markets, they have to take over the markets collectively and this is achieved through the formation of export consortia.
"We hope that this consortium will export this year," he said, referring to the formation of the first export consortium last year. Today there are three export management companies in the province that are ready to provide services and product marketing to industrial units.
Amara stated that we are capable in the field of national mineral capacities, said: In the field of processing should be activated private and public sector and enter the field with modern knowledge and introduce the stone industry of the country and the central province. The stone and processing industry plays an important role in the economic development and growth of the country's income, and this requires scientific work.
"Today, the developed world has succeeded because of the knowledge and technology of the day," he said. The mere existence of mineral capacities is certainly not a monetization, and holding such exhibitions is an opportunity to identify the capacities and shortcomings of the country's stone industry to plan ahead and take steps to reduce the waste of the mining sector.
The Director of Industrial Estates Company of Markazi Province pointed out the importance of training in industrial development said: Provincial Industrial Estates Company is ready to enter into the discussion of education which is a pressing need for small industries and based on needs assessment to provide training needed to enhance the skills and knowledge of industrial units. With the knowledge of the day, we can see export growth and finding a prominent position in the Iranian stone industry and neighborhoods around the world.
