Managing Director of Iran International Stone Exhibition: According to negotiations with Dr. Haimoune Katibi, dean of the Faculty of Mining Engineering, Amir Kabir University of Technology metallurgy has been appointed to be the scientific sponsor of Iran International Stone Exhibition.

He emphasized: Due to the existence of numerous mines around the International Stone Exhibition of Iran there is the capacity to hold part of the training classes in the mines.
Managing director of Iran International Stone Exhibition stated: Visiting and training tours of mines and sculpture factories are among other programs of the 9th Exhibition, which will be done with the cooperation of Dr. Katibeh and his colleagues.
He said: Due to the educational shortcomings in some mines we intend to make the best use of Amir Kabir University professors and during the continuous training classes exhibition on new methods of extraction as well as new methods Let's export the stone.
