He said: Usually when production units are in trouble, the rule is for banks to help producers and help them in these situations, but unfortunately it is not.

He noted: Regarding the Czech law, unfortunately, some of our banks have not taken any responsibility for the checks they issue, and the treatment of the Czech offenders is not sufficiently deterrent, because if so We didn't have that many checks every year.
