The Deputy Minister of Mines of Industry, Mines and Commerce announced the activities of one thousand nine hundred active mines and exploration licenses in the country.

Deputy Minister of Mines of Industry, Mines and Commerce said that the export of crude and technological stone from the country is worth more than one hundred and eighty million dollars annually, adding that seventeen million tons of ore are extracted annually which is a significant part Extracted from the rock is granite.
Sarkhini identified two billion and four hundred million tons of ornamental mineral deposits in the country and said: Given the many capabilities available in the field of ornamental stones in the country, the processing of ornamental stones is of great importance that should be seriously ordered. He said: There are currently 6,000 stone and stone technology units in the country, of which 5,500 units are active and 500 units have export standards.
The central governor also pointed to the existence of three thousand industrial and industrial units in the central province: Due to the prevailing economic conditions in the country, a large part of these units have now become stagnant, making the post-sanctions era an opportune time for fertilization of production capacity.
Mahmoud Zamani added: "The prosperity of manufacturing and industrial units has a great role to play in solving the employment problem and we must use our full potential in this regard."
He announced the identification and extraction of problems in industries and mines in the central province and said: "The necessary measures are being taken to activate the stagnant capacity of the province's industry."
He said that by activating the stagnant capacity of industries and mines in the province, one hundred thousand new jobs will be created.
The representative of the people of Mahalat and Delijan in the Majlis also said that the country's share of stone export is 1% and said that at present about twelve percent of the world stone is produced in Iran which should be seriously planned for export.
Hojjatoleslam Alireza Salimi said: Support for stone mines and stone processing units could play a role in boosting exports.
