Lorestan Industrial Estates Company CEO: Sixty percent of the province's exports are in the Azna Special Economic Zone.

According to Iran Stone Exhibition, Bakhtiar Razani said the process of construction of the special economic zone of Azna, stated: "This area was originally a settlement of Azna stone and is a potential rock for that region."

He said that one of the largest ornamental mines in Iran is the ore deposit in the area that has become a special area of ​​ozone and it was decided that in addition to the stone, it has other potentials to make it into a public area. He added that in year 6, the customs office was established in the area, accounting for more than 60 percent of the province's exports.

The director of Lorestan Industrial Estates Company added: "The development plan for the year is 100 hectares and the area of ​​the special area is approximately 400 hectares.

Razani said: "In the Special Area, the mechanism of export and transit of goods is carried out in all regions, and imports have already been carried out, but the process has stopped for some time."

He said: One of the largest industrial units called Bioflocks is located in this special area that produces animal and human medicines, and the rest are located in the plastic and stone industries.

The director of Lorestan Industrial Estates Company said about the process of construction of Boroujerd Special Area: Special areas are part of the secretariat of the Supreme Council of the Regions of the country, based on the rules and competencies that are selected by the organization and several special areas in the province. Approved, which include Lorestan, Boroujerd, Oligodarz and Kouhdasht, though their trustee organization has not yet been selected.

Razani said: Boroujerd Special Area is an inactive city that we intended to transfer to a trustee organization but unfortunately we did not reach an agreement.
